Our next meeting

Teambuilding

17 Sept @ Interhealth

Our September meeting is on the topic of Teambuilding. The day will be a be all about exploring teambuilding tools and techniques. It will be a mix of inputs from experts on specific tools and a chance for us to share the tools and techniques which work for us and which we would recommend to others.

We will be hearing all about two teambuilding tools - PackTypes and Tetra Map. Both offer simple, non psychometric and easily accessible ways to help individuals and teams understand themselves better and so improve performance and satisfaction. We are primarily looking at them in the context of teambuilding but they can be used for a wide range of other applications such as:

· Continuous Personal Development
· Team building, matrix, project and virtual working
· Appraisals and 360º Reviews
· Succession planning
· Coaching and mentoring
· Role analysis and job descriptions
· Recruitment
· Staff surveys and internal Communication

Please let Debbie (dstanfield@sky.com) know if you will be attending. As ever, guests are very welcome too.

Please come prepared to share any teambuilding tools and techniques which you have worked with and would recommend to others. The presenters want to flex the sessions to make sure they are useful and relevant to us so whilst we will be focusing primarily on team tools, please also let Debbie know which of the above other applications you would also like to hear about if time permits.

Look forward to seeing you on 17 September, kind regards, Sue Carruthers.
